The weighted balls really do shift with every step, and I can feel my muscles working without even thinking about it. I’ve only used them for a week, but that subtle internal movement makes the whole routine oddly satisfying. It's nice to have something that doubles as both training and a bit of fun
The tapered shape makes insertion noticeably easier than other sets I've tried, and the dual-ball design gives a satisfying internal shift with each step. Even after a few weeks of regular use, I can feel the muscles engaging more consciously during the day.
The weighted balls really do shift around when you move, so I can feel my muscles working. I’ll give it that. It’s just a bit fiddly to insert, and I’m not sure yet if it’s doing much for my pelvic floor beyond that.
